Christie, I do want you to know that I very much appreciated your efforts and valued your opinion during this process.  Had I had your opinions and insight last year when I first put this on the market I would have sold this home for a much higher amount.  The problem with my previous agent is that I influenced his thoughts and actions so much that we were consistently overpriced.  I appreciate someone that can give me honest news despite it being not what I want to hear, and then stand firm.  I can overpower someone fairly quickly yet I felt this was more of a partnership than an arm wrestle.
