It was clear early in Christie’s career, that despite her working as hard and constantly as possible, she was just not able to be in multiple places at once. She realized that her most important asset, her clients, could suffer if she tried to do everything by herself.
There was only one solution to her dilemma: to build a team of specialized professionals, each with a unique set of skills, techniques and systems, to focus on serving the various facets of her business. And that is what she did. Lead Agent - Christie Wilkins Christie is a licensed agent who has been helping families since 1995. She specializes in finding buyers for her sellers. On a day to day basis, Christie's focus is on generating those buyers, nogotiating contracts and inspections, and handling listing presentations. |
| Executive Assistant/Office Manager Our Office Manager covers the day to day operations and administrative duties. These include being a liason between the client and other agent, handling the various phases during the listing process and being a transaction coordinator to help bring the seller / buyer to a successfull close. Also handles all daily responsibilities, scheduling, and negotiations. |
| Showing Specialist - Arianna Gray Arianna shows the homes & is our local Real Estate economist for our Buyer clients. She has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the buying process, loan, inspections, appraisals, home warranty and contract to close. |
